Can I personalise the wording?
Absolutely. You’ll be prompted to enter your details when you place your order. Want it to say “We’re tying the knot” instead of “Save the Date”? Go for it. Your day, your vibe.
Can I change the colours?
Totally. We can adjust the colours to suit your wedding palette, whether that’s muted neutrals, bold hues, or something dreamy in between. Just let us know what you're after or upload your inspo when ordering.
Can I tweak the design?
Changes like wording + colour swaps? Yes, just pop the details in at the next stage (you can even upload files or inspo for us to match). Bigger edits or layout changes may need a custom design fee, but feel free to email us with your specific request.
Do you send a proof before printing?
Always. We’ll email you a digital proof within 5 working days to check over before anything heads to print. Nothing goes to press without your sign-off.
What’s the turnaround time?
Once you've approved your proof, your order is typically printed and ready to ship within 10 business days. Need it quicker? Send us a message before ordering and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I order matching envelopes?
Sure can! Check out our range of matching envelope options - we can even print all your guest names and addresses to save you the hand cramp.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in New Zealand.
How much is shipping?
Tracked delivery within NZ is a flat rate:
$10 for stationery and small signage
$20 for large signage orders
Orders over $200 ship free. All packages are couriered from our studio in Auckland.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick up is available from our studio in Red Beach, Auckland. Just choose the option at checkout.
Do you offer matching pieces?
Yes! We love a coordinated moment. If you want matching invitations, menus, signage etc, check out the rest of the suite or get in touch for a custom bundle.
