Can I personalise the wording?
Yes! All text is customisable, you can include your names, date, a short message (like “welcome to the party of the year”), or whatever feels like you. Just enter your details at checkout.
Can I customise the design?
This listing is part of our semi-custom collection, so the layout and fonts stay the same, but you can update the colours and wording. Want something totally different? We also offer fully custom signage design, just flick us a message and we’ll chat options.
Can I change the colours?
Absolutely. We can match the sign to your wedding colour palette, soft neutrals, bold tones or something in between. Upload inspo or colour references when ordering and we’ll take care of the rest.
What size is the welcome sign?
We offer a range of sign sizes to suit common frames, easels and venue setups. A1 (594 x 841mm) is the most popular, but you can select from other options at checkout. Not sure what size you need? Send us a message, we’re happy to help.
What shapes do you offer?
We offer a range of sign shapes, arch, half-arch, wave, curved, rectangle and more. You can select from our standard shape options when ordering. After something unique? We can also do custom shapes, just get in touch and we’ll make the magic happen.
What material is it printed on?
All signs are printed on high quality 5mm foam board, durable, lightweight,and easy to display.
Do you offer frame or stand hire?
Yes! We offer a small range of frames and easels for hire (Auckland pick up only). If you’d like to add one to your order, please get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s available for your date.
Do you send a proof before printing?
Always. You'll receive a digital proof within 5 working days to review. We won’t print anything until you’ve signed off.
What’s the turnaround time?
Once you approve your proof, your sign will be printed and ready to ship (or collect) within 10 business days. Need it sooner? Let us know before ordering, rush options may be available.
How do I display it at my event?
Our signs look great on an easel, in a stand, hanging in a frame, or simply leaning against a wall.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in New Zealand.
How much is shipping?
Tracked delivery within NZ is a flat rate:
$10 for stationery and small signage
$20 for large signage orders
Orders over $200 ship free. All packages are couriered from our studio in Auckland.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick up is available from our studio in Red Beach, Auckland. Just choose the option at checkout.
Can I order matching pieces?
Totally. From seating charts to bar signs, menus to place cards, we have created a full suite to match. Browse the rest of the collection or reach out for a custom option if we don’t have something listed you need.
