How do I supply my seating chart info?
You can download our templates and fill them out with your guest names and table numbers. Once you’re ready, you can either upload the completed file at checkout or email it through after. Download Template Here - By Table Number/Name. Download Template Here - By Alphabetical Order

Can I customise the design?
This sign is part of our semi-custom collection, so while the fonts and layout style stay the same, we can tailor colours and wording to suit. We offer layouts by table or alphabetically, let us know your preference when ordering. Want something totally different? Get in touch about a custom design.

What shapes do you offer?
We offer a range of sign shapes, arch, half arch, wave, curved, rectangle and more (see product images for our most popular shapes). You can select from our standard shape options when ordering. After something unique? We can also do custom shapes, just add a note and we’ll make the magic happen.

What material is it printed on?
All signs are printed on high quality 5mm foam board, durable, lightweight,and easy to display.

Do you offer frame or stand hire?
Yes! We offer a small range of frames and easels for hire (Auckland pick up only). If you’d like to add one to your order, please get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s available for your date.

Do you send a proof before printing?
Always. You'll receive a digital proof within 5 working days to review. We won’t print anything until you’ve signed off.

What’s the turnaround time?
Once you approve your proof, your sign will be printed and ready to ship (or collect) within 10 business days. Need it sooner? Let us know before ordering, rush options may be available.

How do I display it at my event?
Our signs look great on an easel, in a stand, hanging in a frame, or simply leaning against a wall.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in New Zealand.

How much is shipping?
Tracked delivery within NZ is a flat rate:
$10 for stationery and small signage
$20 for large signage orders
Orders over $200 ship free. All packages are couriered from our studio in Auckland.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick up is available from our studio in Red Beach, Auckland. Just choose the option at checkout.

Can I order matching pieces?
Totally. From welcome signs to menus, place cards, bar signs and beyond, we’ve got the goods to keep your look cohesive.
